History of boza
Boza is based on the first emergence of Mesopotamian 8-9

Caucasus is known to spread over a wide geographical area

been realized with Turkish migration. Greek historian
Xenophon, BC Boz was done at the end of 401 years in
eastern Anatolia and stated that after preparing buried with
pottery bowl. The ancient maize, cereals such as barley
obtained by fermentation of Boza, has spread in Egypt and
