"Potato" is one of the nutritious food that is consumed over whole world as main dish or garniture. In Turkey, there is another "enjoyable " and delicious way of eating potato is to bake it, and add some magical Turkish ingredients in. Kumpir is served as a take away food in a small plastic box with disposable utensils, these giant morsels are great for eating by the sea side or sitting on a park bench, preferably in Ortakoy which is one of the top seaside districts of Istanbul and famous for its stret "kumpir" shops.( better to say "stands")
